2011 EDITION WAS EASY TO PRINT FROM. THIS EDITION WAS NOT NEAR SO EASY. " ITS DEDUCTABLE" IS REALLY EASY TO USE. MAIN REASON I USE TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: EASY TO GO THROUGH CATAGORIES
What's not so great: LIKED 2011 EDITION BETTER; 2012 EDITION HARD TO PRINT

I've been using Turbo tax now for 15 years and it is just an easy and convenient way to file your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, plain and straight-forward, has checks available from beginning to end
What's not so great: Can't find any

My Hero - love my refunds

I have been a believer of Turbo Tax since 2005. It has saved me money by doing the same thing as my previous professional tax consultant. for a fraction of the cost. It is very simple as it walks you through each and every section. I love it.

Use it every year

I have used this product for years. I have used various versions depending on my employment situation. This includes when I worked as an independant consultant. No matter which flavor I have used, the ease of use is unmatched and the results have been excellent. I highly recommend this product. I hope they keep the quality going in the future!

What's Not To Like

I've been using Turbo Tax for what must be over 10 years. It just seems to get easier with every passing year.
What's great about it: Remembers past returns, couldn't get much easier.
What's not so great: Sure takes a long time to load!

After I e-filed my federal return and tried to print out the returns for my records, they would not print. The schedules had random symbols and numbers printed all over them.

TurboTax is an excellent tool to give the me peace of mind of the whole filing preparation. More importantly, the system doesn't allow the preparer to make unneccessary errors. The tips and explantion references are very educational too. I can't imagine people still do preparation manually, while TurboTax guides you so effectively.
I would suggest that the application provide pre-tour and examples for the preparer, like TurboTax for dummies.
