Easy to use

NO complaints. I've been using this software for years and will keep doing so.
What's great about it: Easy install, clear instructions, great interface
What's not so great: One corrupt file issue that was easily fixed.

Let's face it...taxes are taxes. It's a little confusing. But Turbo Tax simplifies it as much as possible. Couldn't do my own taxes without it.

More Than A Decade of TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for more than a decade. I am very please with the process. "It's Deductible" alone is worth the cost. How do you calculate the cost of clothes given to charity? It is easy with It's Deductible.
The Step by Step approach used by TurboTax takes the fear out of filing. Transferring data from last year's return is also very helpful.
What's great about it: Walks You Through the Steps, Well Organized, It's Deductible
What's not so great: Confusing on printing a copy for Review

I continue to use TurboTax. It's a great tool. Believed federal and state efiling were free.
What's great about it: Easy to use and understand, period!
What's not so great: Getting hit for state efiling at end of process.

Hands Off Obama

TurboTax is well worth the money. I spend most of my tax time locating the paperwork and calling the mortgage company, bank, etc; once collected TT makes short work of the numbers and gets me my refund (what's left after Obama gets done with it -- but not their fault. . . ). Bigger font and resizable pages would be nice in the future. Going on 10 years with TT. Thanks !
What's great about it: Love the guided and knowledgeable tour especially the destination $$$$
What's not so great: couldn't resize the page so I could see it, also would like to navigate around the file better

Turbo Tax is awesome!! I have used it before and it just gets better and better every year. Please provide more assistance and instructions when calculating community property income for 2013 taxes.
What's great about it: detailed descriptions and helpful tips. Step by step scenarios are great
What's not so great: Needs to provide more help with Community Property Income calculations
