Simple but still not easy enough!

I was really confused with the 1099 G State refund, I was affraid it was not entered in or were to submit last years refund. I finally figured it out.
What's great about it: The step by step is great
What's not so great: PDF format to open doc only, wish you could use word as well.

Prepares taxes by asking key questions and guiding you to provide W2, etc. information

What's not so great: Somewhat hard to navigate to specific forms if you know the change you want to make.

All features work perfectly. I especially appreciate downloading from my stock broker/trader accounts directly onto the federal forms.

TurboTax2012_A most excellent experience

I have used TurboTax 6 years now. It has been a great experience each year. I have filed for everything from an Sole Proprietorship to W2 based employee to Remote Home based business. Never a problem, all the knowledge was there every time.
I has so much confidence in TurboTax, I started doing my elderly parents taxes 3 years ago as well. They live in a different state and had a totally different financial profile, but TurboTax had all the answers and made my parents feel real safe and confident. That is important when your in your elderly years!
I am very confident that I will continue to use TurboTax for many years to come!
What's great about it: Very User Friendly and Complete Fed and State Coverage
What's not so great: Some minor details I had to search for but no big issues
