Removes the stress of filing

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, having all of my previous information stored saves hours in the filing process. I feel confident in the final results.
What's great about it: Makes the process simple
What's not so great: Insisted I fill in a figure where one was not required

Turbo Tax: great; Computer: Not so much

Typically Turbo Tax is easy and quick to use. However, this year, because my computer seems to have had it, completing my taxes became quite a chore. But again, please note that this was not due to Turbo Tax, but my computer!
I truly like using Turbo Tax for I like being guided through the process and in particular the way in which my taxes from year to year can be compared. In particular, I like the analysis at the end for I feel that if it is reported that there are no errors and my likelihood of being audited is low, than I feel that I have completed done the correct thing concerning filing.
The language is easy to follow and though there were a couple of times I was looking for clarification of a tax item and there wasn't one, overall, I feel the explanations are very helpful. I think the only thing I would like to have is a live chat with a tax expert. The only thing I see to answer questions is the list of FAQ. Am I missing something.

Made sense of the madness!

I've been using Turbotax for 10 years. I've had some unusual items that it takes in stride. Just like the peace of mind doing it myself.
What's great about it: Makes sure you don't miss anything
What's not so great: Sometimes has too much detail for basic returns

Great (but for state)

There's quite a difference between the quality and ease of preparing the state vs. the federal return. Completely understandable, but nonetheless...
