The guides are easy to follow. We are confident that each time our family prepare through Turbo Tax its accurate and comb all the possible sources of income and deductions.
What's great about it: Easy and very detail
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This made a painful thing so easy and pain less. It walked me through each item and helped me to remember everything that would give me a deduction.

THE FILING AND PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS ARE CONFUS'N

I HAD VERY LITTLE DIFFICULTY WITH MY RETURN. I HAVE USED TURBO FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND HAD RECOMMENDED IT TO A FRIEND LAST YEAR AND SHE LIKED IT. WHEN SHE BEGAN HER MORE COMPLEX NUMBER OF SECTIONS: SELFEMPLOYMENT, BUSINESS EXPENSES, DEPRECIATION SHE CALLED ME,I WENT OVER TO HELP HER AND WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THE CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE IN FORMATING THE PAGES, QUESTIONS WAS VERY CONFUSING AND DIFFICULT TO RETURN TO DIFFERENT SECTIONS AND PAGES.
What's great about it: FOR COMPLETING A SIMPLE RETURN IT IS GREAT
What's not so great: FOR A MORE COMPLICATED RETURN IT'S CONFUSING

Simple but still not easy enough!

I wish the 1099 G was simpler to understand. It seemed difficult were to find 1099 G last years refund., but I figured it out. It was still annoying and confusing.
What's great about it: The step by step is great
What's not so great: PDF format to open doc only, wish you could use word as well.

The use of Turbo Tax was simple to follow and understand. The directions and hints along with the overall progression made doing my own taxes and e-filing myself very easy. In the past I had used various tax stores at a higher overall cost.
The refund I received using Turbo Tax Deluxe was right in line with what I had received previous years through the tax stores at a lower cost to refund ratio.

Quick, Infomational and Excellent

I've used other products in the past, but none compare to the ease of quicken. From the ability ti import bank information, to quickly fixing error, Turbotax is quick, offers all the information you need at your fingertips and offer excellent support so that you can get the biggest refund possible not only this year, but also plan for future years. I love Turbotax!!
