I have used Turbo Tax for nine years now.Initially I used the Basic version and five years ago switched to the Deluxe version. Intend to continue doing my taxes with it. Great product, no complaints..
What's great about it: Always get better, year over year.
What's not so great: Have not found one yet.

This is the 13th year of us using TurboTax to file our returns and it keeps getting better and better. Simple to use, engaging comments and the interface is inviting and minimizes stress.
What's great about it: Ease of entering information, simple instructions
What's not so great: Distracting topics on the right side of the screen

2013 Tax return

I had a tizzy of a time getting my daughter declared as a dependent. I finally figure out the problem. I had previously checked the dependency of my wife as someone else could claim her (wife). I thought it meant me claiming her (wife). I finally unchecked that block and the daughter became a dependent. How they tie together is beyond me but it worked and my dependent declaration was accurate.
Second Problem was the importation of the Federal Schedule D into the Oklahoma Form 561. The form 561 is used for state properties and investments not the schedule D information from my private investment. I had to click all of the asterisked boxes in order to exclude this information. May want to check into this and correct the import. The investment information came from UBS which is in NY?. Maybe the program assumed something contrary to what I was declaring. I had to call a Turbotax advisor to get a work arund soI could finish my taxes before the deadline.
What's great about it: import, easy review
What's not so great: imported my federal schedule D to the Oklahoma 561 form which is only for state property/ investments etc.

Our taxes don't change much from year to year so it's easy to follow and compare. If there is mistake, I'll see it right away. and correct it easily.
What's great about it: time saver
What's not so great: still need to understand the best option

Keeps getting better!

Turbotax has continued to improve over the years. Especially the sharing between the Federal and State. It's virtually seamless with the information sharing and that's very beneficial for anyone who is pressed for time (and let's be real, who's not at this time of year?).
What's great about it: Importing 1099s is great! Not having to enter all the time-comsuming stock sale info is key.
What's not so great: None.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years. It is easy to use. Even my young adult kids do their own returns on Turbo Tax. Until next year.....
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Confusing when you get into different 1099 forms. Doesn't calculate penalties correctely. Exceptions best left to professionals.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Too Easy
