Best Software for Stressful Times!

Doing taxes is very stressful, even if you get a refund. TT is easy to use and I can do it with confidence because I can get information as deep as I need it, and I can e-call for help if I'm really stuck.
The update capability gives us added assurance we have the right forms and laws applied.

What's great about it: Screens are informative but not cluttered

What's great about it: You can include missing items at once
What's not so great: I have to buy a new mac mine is too old to be supported.

It only gets better and better

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years. The 2012 Turbo Tax was the best and easiest to use version ever. What a great product! I highly recommend it for every consumer who may fear doing their taxes without a CPA or enrolling agent.
What's great about it: Software allowed me to explore and question potential and relevant expenses and deductions. Great product !
What's not so great: n/a
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still Confused

I have an FSA at work for medical/dental. I have increasing medical insurance premiums with increased co-pays. Your descriptions don't clarify for me what I should be including for deductions because it assumes I know what your references mean. Is an HSA the same as an FSA for medical? If my out of pocket costs increase for insurance premiums how do I deduct that? I have substantial medical/dental expenses for my daughter and I, but don't know if I'm processing this completely.
What's great about it: I love that the program drops in info, and the calculations are awesome. Being asked step by step is so helpful.

Love the deduction help. I use to have to find a fair price for the items I donated. This software made it easy to look up items and get more than I thought my donated items were worth. I way under priced everything in the past.

Easy as Pie

I just finished my tax return with turbo tax, last year I did it a different way and after this experience I know for a fact that I will be filing with Turbo Tax every year from now until taxes go away! Which will never happen so I will be using Turbo Tax until I die, Till death due us part.
What's great about it: So easy a monkey could do it, takes very little time
What's not so great: I can't think of anything I didn't like about filing my taxes with Turbo Tax it truely is Turbo

Glitches

Usually I am completely satisfied. This year there seemed to be a lot of glitches in the system that should have been worked out or addressed more quickly. It made my task much more difficult having to go through and manually check forms for errors and look up info on tax rules.
What's great about it: An easy step by step process
What's not so great: Quite a few glitches this year - even in the final stage to print on the 2nd to last day of filing. Not acceptable
