I have used turbo tax for the past 3 yearts and I have been very pleased each year. It is very straightforward and easy to use. However, I am disappointed that I have to pay to efile my state return.
What's great about it: easy to use, straightforward
What's not so great: not enough state rules as guidance

The forms to be printed for one's personal files or to be filed could be more printer friendly. The background shading could/should be eliminated. The transfer of data from previous year's tax returns to the current return is very helpful. This includes 1099, stock, and charitable information.
What's great about it: Ease of use

You're Still the One!

Been using TurboTax for years and it keeps getting better every year. Did my taxes in record time and helps me find deductions and make sure I didn't miss anything.
Regarding Online vs Computer,for multiple returns and quick interaction, computer version is still faster and cheaper, just means more updates.
What's great about it: Imports W2 and 1099 easily. EasyGuide, 5 years of my TaxHistory graphs
What's not so great: Plenty of software updates
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Straight forward tax returns.

I have been using Turbotax to complete my returns since many years ago.
I always like the guidance the information entry provides.
I think some trivial entry errors should be detected very well in advance of the final checking.
In any case, I am sure I will keep using Turbotax in the future.

Turbo Tax Rocks

I love the program. I've been using it for more than ten years, and it makes doing taxes pretty simple. I'm set up to automatically pay for the software and it's supposed to be available on my account page when I'm ready to download. The problem I've had is that whenever I log in to download the software, the two previous years are there, but the current year is not, so I have to call Intuit to get it. The automated phone system always offers to email me instructions on how to access and download, and that's frustrating because I'm usually looking at my account page, and the software I want to download is not there.
What's great about it: Very easy to use
What's not so great: Frustrating to get access

Easy Tax Return!

I just finished preparing my federal and state tax returns and am very pleased with the speed with which it progressed and was completed! It was a breeze. Although my return was less complex this year, it is very evident that TurboTax can handle very sophisticated tax-related transaction in a comprehensive manner. I am very impressed. Thanks for this product.

Outstanding

I believe Turbo Tax is the very best tax preparation product on the market today. It is simple, fast, and accurate. Additionally, Turbo Tax automatically finds every deduction and tax credit that is due. Every year they find something that I did not think of. I guess that is the reason that I have used Turbo Tax for the past 12 years and will use it again next year.
What's great about it: The process is so easy and step by step. Anyone can do this.
What's not so great: Doing taxes annually, but that has nothing to do with Turbo Tax. There is nothing about Turbo Tax that I don't like.
