Great experience, it made filing taxes simple, easy, and quick. Definitely using it again next year.
What's great about it: Organized and easy to follow
What's not so great: Always do the updates before starting
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Will not use anything else

I have used this for about 5 years now and have been very happy. I never give anything or anyone a perfect score cause Well... Nothing or Noone is perfect.. Turbo Tax comes close for me tho

This is my 5th year now using Turbo Tax and I am very satisfied. This year the installation was faster than ever. Program run smoother than ever. I am very satisfied with the results. Keep up the great work Turbo Tax.

I have used TurboTax since the early 1980's. It gets better every year. Yes, I will use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: Love everything -- walk-thru and ability to manually fill out forms!

What's not so great: insufficient information as to why standard deduction was better than my itemized deductions.

Knowledge is power

I have used Turbo tax for 5 years now. I have become knowledgeable about all deductions our family qualifies for. We are also able to maximize our deductions with decision throughout the year and have increased our ability to donate clothes and money to organizations that benefit them and us. Love the program. 3 years ago I paid a CPA and compared their numbers with mine.........It’s right on track!

What's not so great: Unable to e-file state without additional fee
