Features to improve:
- When I need to modify a givenSch-E entry, I am forced through 10 screens of Intro questions "RE professional" type questions every time, ...even when I already have answered them before. There needs to be a quicker route to any detail on Sch-E even when not using the Forms route.

- Please give the user an option for a "no frills" interface. Functional stuff only, without the larger than Life smiling plumbers who come up here and there. Don't want to see them. It's all about numbers and data. Those who want warm and fuzzy should opt-in to that kind of interface.
What's great about it: Transfer from last year, Thorough approach
What's not so great: Too many Happy Face photos. Don't want to see them.

Love Turbo

Been using TT for many years. It has become easier and easier to use. Remembers what you did last year, easy to add and remove employers, deductions, helps you determine if you qualify for deductions. Would have to pay big bucks to a CPA if TT wasn't available.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The gentle man who helped me was so calm ,cool,patient to the point he calmed me down. THEN HE TALKED ME THREW any problems i had step by step, would you believe he called back to make sure i was ok and helped me finish my taxes and file then , please find out who he is i had the info on my e-mail but my child deleted by accident i would give him a 10 he cares.
What's great about it: he was extremelly patient due to its my first time dueing taxes
What's not so great: the phone wait was very long

Turbo Tax

I love Turbo Tax, been using the program forever. I tried another program years ago and found it harder to work with. Turbo Tax is great for the novice and experienced user. Keep up the Fantastic Work!!!

Wish there was more help explaining FSA/HSA deductions. I'm not sure we figured them correctly.

Made my life easier!

It took approximately 2.5 hours for me to complete a pretty simple Federal and State form, but I know that doing it all myself manually would have been MUCH more time consuming, so I appreciate your service very much.
What's great about it: I liked the way turbo tax transferred in all my info.
What's not so great: Sometimes the instructions could be more clear.

Surprised at charges
