Even Dumbies Can Do Taxes

I went through the guidance of the Turbo Tax and then went back to the forms to see any corrections needed to be made. I file joint but injured spouse and it was just a little confusing in putting the allocations in this form, but in all, I really learned that with guidance, I can do our taxes. That makes a great deal for me and my family.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax guided me through the process
What's not so great: I took longer than I thought
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It a very good program. I recommend it to everyone. I sometimes I look a cheaper tax software, it believe with the tax deductions I get from Turbo Tax, I get that money and more back anyway, so I continue to purchase Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to use, spell all step out one by one. Pretty much fool proof. Program does not assume that you know IRS Tax Ling.
What's not so great: My W2 import information never works. Even though I'm offered to option to import my W2 information from my employer.

Fast, Easy, and RELIABLE!

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time and I have been thoroughly pleased with the software. The software program is easy to use and is pretty fast when you have all your documents ready and organized. Turbo Tax has been a reliable and simplified tax tool; much more so than doing it by hand. Since using the software I have had just one issue examined by the IRS--a 1099R (special circumstances) entered in the wrong section of a 1040. The specialists at Intuit were right there to help me figure it out and to amend the return, which was pretty fast too. I'm glad they were there for me! Thanks, Intuit.
What's great about it: Snapshot of prior year info, checks for qualified credits and deductions, free e-file, audit support

Great first time experience!

For years I have been filing through a CPA but this year that was not an option so I decided to finally give in to Turbo Tax. This software is very easy to navigate and for the most part easy to understand. The only thing is that some of the terminology is a bit confusing for someone not used to it. But I would definitely use Turbo Tax in the future for filing my returns.
What's great about it: Nice and simple walkthrough for easy filing
