TURBO TAX FAN!

FIRST TIME I HAVE USED TURBO TAX, THE PROGRAM WALKED ME THROUGH EVERY STEP. I WAS AMAZED THAT I COULD DO THIS MYSELF. WE HAD GONE TO A CPA BEFORE AND BY THE TIME YOU GATHER ALL OF THE INFORMATION FOR THEM, YOU HAVE ALL OF THE STUFF YOU NEED TO DO IT YOURSELF!

I started using Turbo Tax after purchasing my own home and after a thoroughly frustrating experience trying to interpret how to record some extra income in my tax information. Turbo Tax makes the process easy, painless, and simple. I most appreciate that I don't have to try to read tax code, remember or know all the things I might be eligible for, or miss out on benefits because I don't know what I don't know! The time and stress it saves me is well beyond the cost.
What's great about it: Love that I'm just walked through the process step by step.

Everything has been pretty nice. The only pain is the cost of the state E-Filing. I have two states to do. Been using it for years.
What's great about it: For the most part pretty easy

I have used TurboTax for many years and will probably continue to do so. It takes some of the stress out of wondering what I have forgotten.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks me for information I didn't know I needed to include
What's not so great: Hard to get back to a particular place if I want to correct something

I like turbo tax and recommend it to my friends.
It would be great to get tax law changes updates through out the year so we do not get surpised when we do our taxes.

What's great about it: I like the interface between this years taxes and last years
What's not so great: No updates through the year on changes to the tax laws.
