The product works well. I was able to finish and file my taxes in a few hours.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and thorough
What's not so great: It'd be helpful if the program had a calculator function within categories

Money Well Spent

Turbo Tax has been a blessing for twenty years. Bringing up last year's information is a time saver plus a great reminder of what paperwork to look for. Hopefully I can look forward to using Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: EASY FOR AN EIGHTY FIVE YEAR OLD
What's not so great: Lot of technical reading for an older person

Excellent experiance this year

This year Turbo Tax was much more concise - If I had to go back to something I forgot, it was easy to find my way to the exact place I wanted to go. Also, the quick links explained everything I needed to know when I had a question on an item.

For fist timer on using Turbo Tax software I'm really satisfied on the result on my first filing of my return by myself. All these years I have always used a third party and did not realized that I can do it myself.
What's great about it: Quick to resolved issues after e-file has been submitted.
What's not so great: Can't find phone numbers to call with live staff to discussed for help on urgent questions.

Have used TurboTax for many years and this years seemed the easiest and most thorough yet.
What's great about it: Guided through everything with ease, and when found another income adjustment was able to edit easily.

Software is Great - Filing Online Fantastic

I love using TurboTax going on my 6th year super easy, super clear. I'm a nerd and always do it by hand to see what is going on, this is the second year Turbo Tax found something I missed!
Filing online also couldn't be faster or easier!
What's great about it: Super easy to follow, and edit if you want to come back another day
What's not so great: NONE!
