Harder this year

This was my third year using TurboTax.The first two years went well. This year was frustrating.
I refinanced and had difficulty determining whether origination fees could be treated as points.
I imported info from my brokerage account. Certain boxes were not populated and I had to guess at the answers.
I earned less this year yet my tax bill is higher. I'm not sure why.
I wasn't sure how to get my questions answered via either chat or phone.

We have used this system for a number of years, the process is easy and user friendly. The updates are automatic and informative. We have full confidence that our taxes are completed fair and accurate. Keep up the great work.

2012 Turbo Deluxe

After spending 45 minutes trying to figure out how to load Turbo Tax on a Windows 8 OS, 64 bit system. Turbo tax 2012 is the much faster than previous versions and navigation has been made easier. I like the comfort of the evaluation of possible audit, I know if I had an high rating, I probably would change my return by removing these high risk deductions.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use
What's not so great: Did not load the first time on Windows 8
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Takes the DREAD out of doing taxes!

I can honestly say I don't dread doing taxes as much as I did before Turbo Tax !! Gone are the days of paper and pencils and calculators and having to ERASE and RE-CALCULATE every time you changed ONE number. I love how Turbo Tax asks you questions instead of having to figure out what is meant by the legal jargon used on tax forms ! Been using Turbo Tax for our family as well as doing my mother's taxes for years now and LOVE IT !
What's great about it: Instantly recalculates as info changes; uses conversational format; questions unusual entries; runs error & audit checks
What's not so great: None come to mind!
