I appreciated the ease of using Turbo Tax and hope to use it next year.
What's great about it: importation of last year's tax return information
What's not so great: doesn't provide reminders of Schedule 125 Flex deductions taken throughout the year

Very good. Love ease of use, guidance and ability to review inquiries.
What's great about it: Ease of use, Guidance/clarification, Ability to review submitted inquiries
What's not so great: Should recommend doing one state compared to another

It is everything you need in filing taxes. You get the latest updates with online help when you need it. You couldn't ask for more.
What's great about it: I have used TurboTax for the last 4 or 5 years and it is everything you need for filing taxes
What's not so great: I have no cons about this product

Successful filing...year after year!

I have been using TurboTax since 1998, except one year when I tried TaxCut. What a mistake that was! I found that TurboTax was much more intuitive and extremely easy to use. The help provided is much more comprehensive and useful. I have filed my taxes with TurboTax in both paper and electronic form. Both are equally easy and pain-free to do. I have recommended TurboTax to all of my friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks TurboTax for helping to relieve some of the stress of tax season!
What's great about it: Quick. Easy. Painless.
What's not so great: First issue I have ever had with TurboTax was this year with entering solar electricity credit information.
