Very difficult to go back and edit info, especially when correcting or deleting info. For example, I never worked all year. Had no W-2s to report. Yet One blank one showed up. I kept telling TurboTax that I did not have any W-2s. Yet it kept reverting to the fact that I didi have one. Until I finally was able to rectify the situation, it would not let me eFile my federal return. Correcting and deleting has to be made easier....
There were summaries of info... that I wanted to print out, but it would never let me. Also wanted to print out the confirmation of transmission. Again, it would not let me. There were other pages I wanted to print out that showed comparable or other info, but again, it would not let me.
I should be able to print whatever page I have on screen at any time. TurboTax does not allow for this.

What's great about it: Easy steps to follow to do takex
What's not so great: Near impossible to correct or delete errors ; can't print individual pages--only allows you to print returns +/- forms.

I have used TT for years. Each year they say free state tax returns but you have to pay to file with the state. Not sure how that is free. Otherwise it is very easy to use. Anyone with a computer and half brain can do this. Just requires getting all the documents together and time to do it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, quick and organized
What's not so great: Charge to file your "free" State tax returns

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for several years, and find that it gets easier to use each year. You provide additional services that I did not even think of, and I like the mix of your help and my input. I feel like I am in control of the process, but that I am being guided by an expert. I prefer this to handing the process over to a tax preparer.
What's great about it: I have used this for years and it is always getting better and easier to use
What's not so great: I have not criticisms of this product.

We think everyone can do there own taxes using Turbo Tax. It is really easy and walks you through every step. We don't see why anyone would pay someone to do what Turbo Tax enables you to do on your own unless you have a very complicated tax situation.
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: going back and forth sometimes didn't work as expected

Most Excellent Package!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets better. I find the product to be the best in the market, no other can compare. The screens and order of how it is presented is perfect.
What's great about it: Very intuitive. Easy to navigate the various screens and accurate
What's not so great: A little weak on the Foreign Assets pages. Not much assistance in filling out the new forms.

What's great about it: Easy. Quick. Efficient. Ability to "go back" and review/modify
