Continuing with TurboTax

Another year with TurboxTax was great! It covers everything and introduces the new things that I wouldn't know about if I didn't use TurboTax. One thing that would be really helpful is to put the charities I have used in alphabetical order. If I add new ones put them at the bottom but the next year when I do taxes have them in alphabetical order with the others.
What's great about it: Thorough
What's not so great: Charities mixed up
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Works, but can be confusing

The product saves time over doing it yourself. However, it can be confusing when information is automatically added.

Very easy

The only down side of Turbo Tax that I can determine is that you have to pay an extra fee to e file the state return. It should be included like the Federal return.

Most sections were clear unless you had to file for two states. Some of the questions didn't specify which state they were asking about at the end of the e-filing process.

Smooth operation, good workflow

Doing taxes, particularly given independent business income, would be essentially impossible without a tool like TurboTax.

My wife and I have had no difficulty with IRS, having used TurboTax or its predecessors for decades.
What's great about it: Efficient transition between "interview" and "forms" modes
What's not so great: Wishing for better explanation of computed numbers
