Solid performer, year after year

Love the Turbo Tax program! It seems to get easier every year, despite the changes in tax law. I'm a CPA (not a tax person, though), and I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: Automatic loading of key information, easy to follow instructions, great "help" tips
What's not so great: Federal Tax Law! (OK, that's not TT's fault!)

2012 Taxes Done

I required an additional state form this year and the cost was out of sight. My daughter uses Tax Act and it was much cheaper.
What's great about it: Ease of use

Taxes are no fun and 1 size doesn't fit all. I think Turbo Tax SW does a great job to make this work manageable.
What's great about it: straight forward
What's not so great: caused my computer to crash and I had to start over half way through.

It is much easier via Turbo Tax than by hand. And I have much more confidence in what we've done. Just having things explained differently from the general tax forms helps give a fresh perspective so we get the right numbers in the right columns. Thanks TurboTax.

Works every year!

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and it is always easy and straightforward. Today, I installed the software at 1:45, and was finished with both my federal and state returns (including e-filing) before 3:30, and I tend to be slow and cautious as I input data!
What's great about it: Quick and Simple; Allows importing of previous year's data to minimize input
What's not so great: Can't think of any
