The software was quick and helpful

This was very simple and quick to complete. The additional help behind the scene made the process very smooth.
What's great about it: I loved the ease if inputting my information
What's not so great: None to share
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy!

Turbo tax makes everything easy. I have some unusual types of income and turbo tax help me through them all! Best of all, I tested turbo tax because a friend told me it would never be as reliable as an accountant. Last year I took all my paperwork to an accountant and guess what......same exact result. At 1/10 the cost!
What's great about it: Same result as accountant at 1/10th the cost!
What's not so great: I had some strang income that was tough to figure

Lowest tax with TurboTax help!

I am proud that I did my taxes myself - with TurboTax help! TurboTax stepped me through each category and asked me a lot of questions. TurboTax also provided many separate help screens that explained parts of the tax code in greater detail. I am getting the largest refund legally possible. Each year that I use TurboTax, I learn more about the process of filing a tax return.

Never a Problem

I have used TurboTax for at least five years and have never once had a problem. The program guides you step by step and even assists you in finding the proper paperwork/numbers needed with helpful websites. TurboTax consistently finds me maximum deductions and I sleep peacefully knowing I've done everything correctly.

Easy to use

TurboTax was easy to use, walked us through each step, didn't take much time to download or to get updates. It helped us with the donations valuations and it was able to import info from previous year's taxes.
What's great about it: quick download and updates, imported previous info, easy to use
What's not so great: owed money this year, didn't offer advice on how to avoid penalties
