Finished My Return

Pretty easy to follow, was able to back up and re-do pages I questioned.
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: few pages didn't make sense till the return was completed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

been a user of TurboTax for 12 years now and have never regretted it!
It would be VERY HELPFUL to have a search function for CONTENT (imported information, fund names, etc.) when verifying and researching details. I tried to use the Search feature for PEYAX (a mutual fund ticker symbol that I know I entered) and TurboTax found nothing.
Overall, just keep IMPROVING. TurboTax SEEMS TO GET BETTER EVERY YEAR!
What's great about it: import feature...would like more companies to participate! like the community posts sidebar also.
What's not so great: would like to be able to copy/paste some content in the app to be able to analyze info, etc. Currently you cannot .

I love how easy it is to follow. Everything is explained. They do all the work.

My only way

I can’t imagine that if there is no Turbo tax. it's very easy to use and there is explainations every step way when you are, which are very helpful to answer the interview questions. i've used other tax software to prepare my returns few years ago. i wasn't able to have my return done. and ended up to go and buy the Turbo tax again. i learnt from my experience that TURBO TAX is my only way to get my returns done.
What's great about it: easy to use, full of resources
What's not so great: wish it's cheaper

I found this to be a very easy and simple program to use. My return is not that complicated and it took only a couple of hours to complete the return and that was due more to the fact that I had to enter information for the first time. Next year should be even quicker.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, directions were extremly clear
What's not so great: Noting but the amount I had to paid the government.

I have been using Turbo Tax for my parent's taxes for over 10 years. I began using Turbo Tax for my personal taxes in 2007. I am extremely happy with the program and highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and efficient

LOVE TURBO TAX

Been using Turbo Tax for several years now. Makes a stressful & complicated process so much easier. Love Its Deductible. I'm never sure of the value of the numerous items we donate but that program takes all the guess work out of it. I have turned several friends on to Turbo Tax & mainly because of Its Deductible. What a great part of the entire Turbo Tax program.
What's great about it: Love the ease of navigation
What's not so great: Some of the help/learn more options were not a useful as I would have hoped for

very good, with some exceptions. Not sure how to enter LTC premiums, or if car expenses such as repairs are deductible if no Schedule C filed.
What's great about it: questions reminded me of factors needed
What's not so great: difficult to eliminate form if not used
