I have been using Turbo Tax simnce 1997, it's by far the best and I have never had a mistake show up on my returns.
What's great about it: Quick easy and accurate, while insuring the largest refund possible!
What's not so great: None

Another TurboTax REfund

Overall I love the product. One minor pet peeve with the last few versions is that it doesn't auto open the return where you left off when launched.
What's great about it: Easy to use. If you use it year to year you can avoid having to enter the same info each year
What's not so great: Going back to correct something you made a mistake on can result in you having to scroll through multiple screens
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As a first time user of TurboTax, it seemed a bit longer or more detailed than other tax software used in the past. The more detailed software made me feel confident all my return needs were met and complete. Although, there is no live support or at least any I found, the software did direct you to TurboTax answers and to IRS references that were able to clearly answer my questions which did not happen with my others software last Tax Season. I was left vulnerable last year using software without the detail of TurboTax. TurboTax's Printing, e-filing, and direct deposit was very easy. Overall I felt pros outweighed any cons and, the software worked for me well. I expect to use TurboTax next year over any other tax software.

What's not so great: no live support or any that I saw, support question not as helpful as I would have liked.

Good with room to improve

Have used TT for years. It's like Chevy, Baseball, and Apple Pie. The IL education credit did not have a list or call out that the IL school must also have a 1st grade.
What's great about it: Importing from banks and ItsDeductable and pulling information from last year
What's not so great: Not everything imported, missing key education credit information for IL
Pros: I had a baby, I bought or sold investments

Worse than last year

In the past, it was easy to get help from an online screen for almost any part of the return, plus the option to see the IRS guideline or relevant instruction. This year, the "help" seems to be replaced with a useless bunch of FAQs. I was stuck multiple times with absolutely no clue and Turbotax was no help. I really don't think I missed the help function - I think it was dropped for all practical purposes.
What's great about it: quick

TURBO TAX MY ONLY CHOICE

I HAVE BEEN USING TURBO TAX SINCE 2008 AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE IT AS LONG AS I HAVE TO DO MY TAX RETURN. IT'S THIE BEST!
