Fast and easy

I was able to fly through my returns even though I have several business it was easy to navigate my way to the end.
What's great about it: I was done in one evening

So Easy to Prepare the Tax Returns

I used to prepare my taxes by hand. The last three years I switched to TurboTax. A few evenings of work instead of days to cross check calculations and make sure I received all the deductions. I sure used to miss the child tax credit...
What's great about it: Easy to install software, easy to use and file taxes
What's not so great: None that I am aware.

i have used turbo tax for several years. as my tax picture gets more complicated, turbo tax is there to guide me through like a pro.

Made my Husband a TurboTax Fan!

I had used TurboTax to prepare my taxes for years, but my husband had always used a tax professional and convinced me to give his "guy" a try, because he swore I would see a difference in my refund. The only difference I saw was how much it cost and how much time I had to spend on meeting with the professional. The next year I went back to TurboTax, and I have never been happier! And once my husband saw how TurboTax walks you through the process of preparing and filing step by step, in easy to understand language, with help topics only a click away, he was truly impressed. And we both enjoy watching the refund tracker as we complete the forms! I also appreciate the way the program checks for errors, and the bar graph showing my possible audit risk. Both features give me (and my husband!) a feeling of security, knowing we aren't submitting a return with obvious mistakes. As long as we need to keep filing taxes, I will continue to use TurboTax! Thanks for making such a great product!

What's not so great: Long time to load. Should be able to see the actual tax form along with the screen information
