First time doing taxes.

Using turbotax for my first time filing my return was a great experience. I loved how easy it was to do my return, and how the program walks you through completing your return. I think it would be helpful if information about various sections was more accessible, but otherwise it was great.
What's great about it: Turbotax cut through all the technical jargon to make filing easy.
What's not so great: In some cases, more details about filing/deductions would have been helpful.

Retired!

2012 was my first full year of retirement. I was really nervous about my taxes--and didn't need to be! TurboTax made it easy. When I wasn't sure about a question, there was always more information readily available. Love the way users can import information without having to type all those numbers in. So much more likely to be accurate. This is my third year of using TurboTax, and I'll be doing so again next year.
What's great about it: Simple, clear, unintimidating

Enjoy using it because it asks questions to help you along the way. It also calculates everything for you. I would recommend anyone to use this for preparing their taxes.
What's great about it: It is easy to follow and it populates from previous year.
What's not so great: updates

Quick and Efficient

Turbo Tax is easier than using a personal accountant. It allows you to organize and file in one easy step. If used year after year, it takes very little time to file extesive options. Great product!
What's great about it: Ease of use with many options

Great Refund Surprise

I have been using Turbo Tax for atleast 18 years. It is a great product very fast and easy to use. I have my refund routed directly to my checking account nothing could be easier from start to finish. All your info from the previous years return is forwarded to your current return you only add the current years amounts, so easy and fast.
What's great about it: Very, very user friendly
What's not so great: There is nothing I dislike about this product
