I have been using turbotax since it first came out. It makes filing my income almost painless. It has saved me lots of money, time and aggravation. You find my mistakes for me so I'm always confident that my taxes are done correctly once I've filed my taxes. I love your tax audit meter.
What's great about it: Turbotax makes filing my income taxes almost painless.
What's not so great: I can't think of any cons.

don't procrastinate

TT is fairly simple to use IF you have all the necessary documents! E.g., know how to access investment accounts electronically for speedy downloading. Best to start early to avoid unnecessary stress. (Advice I give but unfortunately do not follow; maybe next year?!)

Load off my mind

I hate doing my taxes, but I love TurboTax. It is so easy to use the program, and the prompts just keep you going, making the process fairly painless. It is great to see the refund numbers going up as you enter the data--this provides a big incentive to KEEP GOING. I can't imagine doing my taxes any other way, and it is much more cost effective than having them prepared by a tax professional.
What's great about it: Easy, user friendly, quick.
What's not so great: Sometimes miss being able to ask a person questions.

Worked Great - with one minor snag

Long time Turbo Tax user - It keeps getting better and better. The Calcs and prompts are concise getting you thru the experience in the least amount of time. My only snag was in the Submit and Pay section (the very end). This should be looked at next year to make it more clear and intuitive
What's great about it: Calcs worked great-walked you thru completely
What's not so great: How to submit and pay was very confusing

I LOVE TURBO TAX IT HAS BEEN THE EASIEST TOOL I HAVE EVER USED. I DO IT ON MY OWN TIME AND IT SAVES ALL MY INFORMATION. THIS IS MY SECOND YEAR USING IT AND I LOVE IT!

Simplifies tax return process, quick, guides you through the process, have been using it for years!
What's great about it: Simple, fast due to pulling information from previous year return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
