Confusion !!

As a retired federal employee, I have a CSA 1099R. TT asks for a bunch of information that for the most part is designed to confuse an amatuer. What in the world is a RMD and does it really pertain to the many retired federal employees? Since a large % of the population falls into the catagory of retired federal employees, why not make an allowance for us. As I recall, 2011 was not that bad.

QUICK, EASY AND ACCURATE

A VERY GOOD PRODUCT THAT i WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS. I HAVE USED TURBOTAX FOR YEARS AND PLAN TO CONTINUE USING. MOVING DATA FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT IS REALLY A TIME SAVER AND REDUCES THE CHANCE OF ERRORS. WITH ALL MY SOURCE DATA ;CLOSE AT HAND AND EXPERIENCE FROM THE PAST, I WAS ABLE TO FINISH IN ABOUT FOUR HOURS AND THAT WAS TAKING MY TIME AND SEVERAL BREAKS. HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND TO MY FRIENDS.
What's great about it: EASY TO NAVIGATE ALL THE COMPLEXICITIES THAT THE FEDS CAN ;THROW AT YOU. EXCELLENT DEFINATIONS AND EXPLINATIONS.
What's not so great: WITH THE DELUXE, I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE A FEE TO E-FILE STATE RETURN.

I was really scared to do our own taxes, but Turbo Tax made it so easy! It is worth every penny!!

Very Efficient Program

I recommend TurboTax to everyone I know.
What's great about it: Purchasing options, ease of instructions and availability of help from qualified professionals if needed are my pros.
What's not so great: I haven't had any cons thus far. I have used TurboTax for about 10 years.
