Turbo Tax is an excellent product. It has helped me year after year and keeps getting better with each improvement made to the software and it's ability to do tax updates immediately. I will keep using Turbo Tax and reccommend it to all of my friends and family. My taxes are simple but I have friends that need extensive tax support and Turbo Tax helps them every year.

If you are nervous about doing your own taxes, TurboTax is for you. It is so easy to navigate and take it step-by-step. Their review systems helps catch any error you may have. You can't go wrong! Say goodbye to the expensive tax agents, and say hello to the affordable TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy navigation, explains certain parts better, more affordable than going to an agent
What's not so great: None

I have used turbo tax for many years, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the program. A very satisfied customer.

Rocked my refund? Really? Are 7 y/o's using this?

I'm writing this to lodge one complaint. Why would I pay to do the government's work for them? If more people e-file then the ferderal and state departments of revenue need fewer people to input the returns. That saves them money. So, if I'm doing my part to save the government money, why should I be charged a fee for that? It makes no sense. And while I have grown to accept that level of ineptitude from our civil servants, I'm appalled that Intuit would actually advertise it as if it's a good thing. You all know it's upside down logic as well as I do, that's why you stopped charging for the federal filing several years ago.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: cost to file

Easy tax return

I want turbo tax to do my state tax for me and let me mail it in with out a charge.
What's great about it: asks me question and finds last year return

Easy as the alphabet

I had spoken with a Customer Service Pro (a.k.a. Hero) whom had taken the time to help me download the Deluxe Service and provided helpful hints on how to use the service. I have been using Turbo Tax for the past three years and will continue forever.
What's great about it: every step had an explanation as for what the step was alnd how to complete it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
