Excellent Product

I have been using Turbo Tax for my families taxes for over 12 years and am so happy with it. It gets better and better each year, easier to use and more information to help you through the tax maze.
Thank you for such a great product, at such a great price! I tell everyone - just get Turbo Tax!

What's not so great: Nothing - I really like the new format, fast, easy and informative

We have used TurboTax for the past 7 years. We are very pleased with all the improvements. We love the ease of use, the speed at which we can get our taxes done accurately, and all of the step-by-step directions. The importing of previous years information is fantastic. You can compare the previous year's information as you go along. The ability to change information and make corrections is very easy. The e-filing for both Federal and State is easy and the refunds are fast.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Step-By-Step

TurboTax is simply great for me since I have always prepared my taxes manually. It is stress free and allows you to leave and return - continuing where you left off. The review for errors, questions and concerns is awesome! The support feature is also valuable!

Peace of mind

Software forces you to scroll to he bottom of the screen to click on the "back" or "done" buttons every time it displays a new page.
Does not remember all check boxes, or responses once answered. This forces the user to re-read numerous entries and remember, or look-up, the correct response every time they review a section.
What's great about it: Carrying over last yrs info and importing tax related data saves time and reduces errors
What's not so great: costs more than all the others

Easiest Tax Prep Ever!

I've used TurboTax for 10 years and this is the easiest version yet. I spent more time collecting documents than I did filling out the forms.
