The software is amazing. It was user friendly, quick & efficient, and I love having full control making sure everything is done properly.

I love using Turbo Tax for the first time. Previously, I paid an accountant. Using, Turbo Tax, I saved the expense and I am more away of how to keep records for next year. I had to contact Turbo Tax and the person who helped me was nothing short of knowledaable and wonderful.
What's great about it: Logical, user friendly, efficient
What's not so great: had to inout information in sequential order

Details on multiple vehicle donations needs work

frustrated with inability to add a second item to the charitable donations for a single organization for two vehicles. Was forced to fake in a new organization vs (duplicate name) and new contribution date (vs duplicate) to be allowed to submit second vehicle's detail xxx-c form with VIN codes ,etc. then was able to go back and modify the name and date to the correct info but frustrating to be forced into that workaround to achieve the correct end result.
What's great about it: Well organized, allows those familar to jump ahead

I have used TurboTax for a number of years and my deductions and refunds are always maximized.
What's great about it: Ease and thoroughness of use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Taxes Simplified

I've been using Turbo Tax for quite a few years, and it's very easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use even for a dumb ol' truck driver like Me
What's not so great: There are a few things it could fill out for me from last year that I had to fill out myself..but it was Minimal
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Got me a refund which i did not expect

It is a good product. Need to be more informative in some areas like filing multiple state returns(like other state tax credit). Playing around with this for a day or two and you can figure out what you are trying to do.
What's great about it: I did get to know i had a larger refund for previous year
What's not so great: Pricey for Each additional state. Some topics need to be more informative
