Easy instructions gets it done

Look forward to using the quick, efficient format of Turbo Tax for my yearly tax season. It is easy to use and sure beats the use and cost of a Tax Accountant. Have my total family doing their taxes this way.
What's great about it: Instructions, Format, Ease of operation
What's not so great: Had trouble getting my forgotten password for payment

This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax. I was able to do my complete return in less than 2 hours
What's great about it: easy to follow step by step process
What's not so great: Difficulty removing information carried over from last year

Could use a tweak!

Over the past several years I get frustrated because my list of donations are top down in the order I've entered them. Furthermore in subsequent years new charities get added to the list at the bottom. This is very awkward. Additionally when I access a charity further down the list and want to continue, TT always returns to the top of the list and I need to scroll down for the charity following the one I had just worked on!
PLEASE add a feature so that charities are listed in alphabetical order and that the window I return to after editing a charity is positioned right after the one I just edited.
Then you will be PERFECT in my view.
What's great about it: Excellent software. Have used it for two returns for many years.
What's not so great: List of donations could benefit from sorting.

Glitch at end

I must have entered something wrong and only could tell when it got to "fix errors." I couldn't get back to review my input. All I could do was press continue when I didn't know what to put in box. I had to eventually go into the tax forms and add material that didn't make sense. There was no help at that stage either.
There were also no questions about anticipated income next year. I am retiring mid-way through this year.

Felt like the improvmenets were good, even easier than in ther past.
What's great about it: Better and more explanation and detail from prior years.
What's not so great: Some terms still should always be explained.

Great Way to Go for doing your taxes

Turbo Tax is such a simple and easy to use application to do your taxes. Having the ability to load tax information for you saves time, and makes it efficient to complete your taxes.
I've been using Turbo tax for the past several years, and it has improved each year. I like the free donation deduction. After using the free deduction tool, I realized that my deduction amounts were much lower than they should be. I also like the review and audit feature. It shows what you may have missed on your taxes, and the likely hood of being audited.
Overall, I've been very satisfied with the Turbo Tax application.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use
What's not so great: None that I can see
