I got exactly what I expected. My primary goal was to get my taxes done in a simplified manner and TurboTax did exactly that.

Way to Go TurboTax!

I have used TurboTax for about ten years. The program seems to work faster and fewer corrections turned up this time.
What's great about it: Efficient importing of prior data; easy to navigate to help material
What's not so great: Doesn't include free State submission

Did the Federal and two States in less than 30 minutes. Just get all your paperwork organized ahead of time.

see the review title - state tax forms are nowhere near what they are for federal taxes, and always are lacking in detail. I've been using your product for several years, and this is ALWAYS the case.

Circular searching

I like TurboTax and have used it for years. It is intuitive and straightforward, and I love that it tracks data over the long term. The main drawback is having to follow EasyStep through all the steps every time. For example, if I want to file my state taxes via paper, why do I have to start over in the state tax section, for at least 10 mouse clicks, fumble around and finally figure out that I can follow the process to print, which will eventually have instructions about not e-filing? It's awkward.
What's great about it: quick response to clicks, information is always there
What's not so great: sometimes hard to figure out where it is if you are not follwing easystep any longer; like, why do I have to go through

Life Made Easy

Turbo Tax has taken taxes from being one of life's most intimidating processes to one that is easily accomplished. Love the step by step, section by section process.
What's great about it: Simple Step by Step Process / User Friendly
