Have used Turbo Tax last few years, and love it. Will never use any other.
What's great about it: Very detailed, all questions were clear!
What's not so great: Just hate taxes! But love TurboTax!

I've been using Turbotax for at least 10 years, and I am amazed at how GREAT filing forms with Turbotax is!!

I was able to file my taxes in one afternoon instead of weeks.
What's great about it: Prompted on what deductions I could takes instead of relying on memory and records.
What's not so great: Some of the terms I didn't understand.

Makes a bad part of life a little easier

I have been filing taxes for years with small side ventues: a rental property here, etc. For years before Turbo Tax I hated even thinking about taxes. Now it is a chore but looked at with much less trepidation
What's great about it: Integrates key documents like 1099's and W-2's. It provdes the walk through to keep it simple
What's not so great: Not much to say negative about it.
