Easy to use and through. Makes me feel confident.

I have used Turbo Tax for many many years and have found that it gets easier to use each year. Even used it when I had a business. I feel very confident about the filing of my taxes because I trust the review provided in the guided process of filing the return.
What's great about it: Covers all aspects of the process.
What's not so great: Help from community - not confident to trust the info.

All in all I could complete my taxes in one afternoon rather than the weeks it used to take.
What's great about it: Prompted me on what is deductible rather than relying on memory.
What's not so great: Some terms didn't understand

The IRS adventure

I wanted to print my return. Perhaps use the word "save to PDF" only, it would be less confusing to those of us less experienced. At times in the process...it feels as if we are in a loop and unable to get out of it. But all in all...this is the most affordable way to complete the yearly IRS Adventure.

What's great about it: the details are excellent and going step by step is the only way to go.
What's not so great: the very end when you are filing/paying, etc. gets very confusing

Quick and Easy

The software was well put together and easy to follow. However, I had to find my original W-2 to enter data after skipping over it and then software had no provision to go back to import the W-2. That option should be available anytime you go into to edit income.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow instructions and information was well described. Two hours for entry and filing.
What's not so great: State filing should be included with the Cost of state version. Unable to import W-2s after skipping over.

I find Turbo Tax very easy to use. It takes you through all the necessary forms and helps you get your best refund possible. I have used it for many years and have always been happy with it. Just GREAT!

Losing Faith

I have used TT for over 10 years and I appreciate the ease of use more than anything else; however, the software support seems to be declining. It's (not) funny that TT is willing to accept my payments for e-mailing and State software--and it's a smooth transaction, but when I comes time to transmitting my e-file, I had major problems with no solutions.
What's great about it: TT is easy and straightforward to use.
What's not so great: I continued to get a error message when trying to submit my e-file--a problem that I discovered many other users had.

Limit the Damage

I like to use turbo tax so I do not have to go over new tax laws. It is easy to file less the a half a day if you are prepared. I will continue to use Turbo Tax as long as it does not get any more expensive.
What's not so great: Some of the wording is confusing
