Solid Experience - Year After Year

I love TurboTax. It has allowed us to rid ourselves of the need for a tax professional dedicated to our annual returns, at a savings of $200 a year. I have great confidence in the accuracy of the calculations and thoroughness of the questions the system asks. As a Business Analyst in the IT industry, I've got a nose for software that just doesn't meet the mark and I'm way too detailed and organized to accept anything but the best. I love it, I tell everyone I love it.
What's great about it: Ease of use with great guides.
What's not so great: Wasn't aware until moment of filing that there was an additional State Fee.

Quick and Painless

Couldn't be easier

As a recently retired couple (January, 2012), even though our previous tax filings were always fairly simple, we were nervous about changes to our status. Fear of the unknown was the problem, I suppose. Should we engage the services of an accountant, should we do our own, should we just close our eyes and plow ahead?
In the end, we purchased the TurboTax software, and found that it was quite simple to use once again. We feel confident and secure about our choice.

Stress-Free

I've been using the product for years, but took a year off to try a tax advisor. Result was the same, but more expensive. Back to TurboTax I ran!
What's great about it: Asks all the right questions
What's not so great: I still have to organize my own paperwork ;)

TurboTax is a consistent, easy method for filing taxes. It walks you through all the steps in an effective manner.

Easiest Way to File Your Taxes!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and I am here to stay. A couple of years ago I decided not to use Turbo Tax and took my taxes to a "Tax Professional". This was the biggest mistake I have ever made! It was much more expensive than purchasing Turbo Tax and not nearly as helpful. I was telling the "Tax Professional" what numbers on my forms needed to be entered. Thank you for making tax season a simple and satisfying process. Now if we can just get State e-filing for free that would the be perfect! (I do my taxes in Turbo Tax and then enter the numbers in to a website that lets me file my state taxes for free. I get the benefits of Turbo Tax, but not the convenience of e-filing for free.)
What's great about it: Quick, Straight Forward
What's not so great: Can be alittle confusing when you are coming back to your return after saving.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
