My Electronic Tax CPA

Overall, the program took a very complicated and distasteful task and turned it into a reasonably pleasant and uncomplicated one. Only 4 stars because there is always room for improvement. Thanks!
What's great about it: It was easy to understand and follow the directions. The explanations were clear and simple.
What's not so great: When I stopped, the program did not always restart where I left off.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I love this software! Easy to navigate and user-friendly :)
What's great about it: Easy to use, walk thrus, double check at the end
What's not so great: Wish they'd include 1 free state e-file too

Easy Tax Return

I always wait until the last minute to file my taxes and always stress out about it, but TurboTax makes it so easy for me to file. Everything that I don't understand, there's an explanation menu for me to click on and read. Very easy to use and lets me finish my taxes in a day without stress.
What's great about it: easy step by step, explanations

2012 Turbo Tax Feedback

i've used turbo tax for as long as i've been filing taxes. i like it and will continue to use it every year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It saved and pre-filled my checking account info to pay feds but did not pre-populated in the state return for deposit.

I spent considerable time entering info that does not appear on the tax return. If its not sent with the return why are you collecting it ???
Simplify questiuons: Example, "Did you have to pay more above your estimated taxes on your state return?" Enter the amount -------
What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: too much detail on deductions that appear no where on the tax return
