Redundant Steps

For example if I want to go back to a given expense on Schd C
I have to go through all the questions again to work my way back to the item I want to change. If there is a way to get back to the specific area without going through everything again I am not aware of how to do it.

Wonderful Experience

Although we ended up owing, turbo tax was a breeze to use. VERY user friendly. It walked me through the entire process, making a very painful (for me) job, very comfortable.
I would DEFINITELY use Turbo Tax again, for filing my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very user friendly

Love my Turbo Tax!!

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for years. I have even converted my brother (A CPA) to using it! I love the deduction finder and the way the program reminds me what to do next and if I will need additional schedules! Thank you again, Turbo Tax!!
What's great about it: I love the way Turbo Tax guides me to the different aspects and helps finds deductions I wouldn't have though about!
What's not so great: The payment portion (to eFile state) didn't work.

Makes tax time less stressful

I've used Turbo Tax for 8+ years. I like how it imports my previous year's data so I can easily tell if I've missed something. It gives a quick comparison on how my numbers may have changed.
What's great about it: Easy to search for specific forms and then to enter data

I've been using Intuit products for many years, from when I owned my own company - Quickbooks Pro Multi Users and later Turbo Tax. Have always been impressed & pleased with their continuous upgrades & professional quality.
What's great about it: Being able to do taxes myself at home
What's not so great: Paying taxes in general :0

I have used Turbotax since it first was available. It is far better than any competitive product. The price is right, the software is very easy to use.
What's great about it: Free federal efile
What's not so great: Have to pay for a state efile
