I have been using Turbo Tax since it was a DOS based application. It gets better all the time. I have to believe a large number of prepares would do perform the job as well as Turbo Tax. As long as the individual follows along with the guided tour and answers all the questions it can't be beat.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, the Guided Tour is Fantastic
What's not so great: We still have to pay taxes

I really appreciate TurboTax in helping to prepare our taxes. It is a streamlined process to enter tax info and get done in a time efficient manner. Thanks for being available for use.
What's great about it: Cues of what to do in preparing tax return
What's not so great: change due to new rules I suppose in entering some info

Making it easy

Turbo Tax really helps navigate through a return. By automatically entering information from the previous return, it helps cut down down time to complete. I have a lot of confidence in the checks and reviews that are performed as well.

Easy way to do taxes by oneself.

Fourth year of use. Basically easy including reporting nondeductible traditional ira withdrawls.
What's great about it: Straightforeward. Just follow the prompt.
What's not so great: Initial Fee shold include one State e-file

the tool is very easy to use. navigation is simple. you may stop at any time, and go back to where you left off at any time. helpful hints thru the entire tool to whatever level you require. I highly recommend TurboTax.
What's great about it: easy navigation.
What's not so great: none for my use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
