So easy to use

The software is so user friendly. Someone with no knowledge of taxes or forms can use this. And for someone like me who knows a little, there are easy to understand tips and explanations to increase my knowledge. I feel safe and secure with this tool and will continue to use it.
What's great about it: Step by Step and Quick Tips to answer questions
What's not so great: I cannot think of any

What's great about it: Have been using Turbo Tax for almost 20 yrs. I believe.
What's not so great: None that I ca think of.

Easy to use but as our finances become more involved, I become less comfortable preparing my own returns. Joint ventures, sub s corporation and such are not simple processes.

After assembly of your records, all you have to do is answer the questions ask, and viola! you are done. I Have used Turbo Tax for +/- 15 years.

Perfect for our needs

The step-by-step process was great. Everything was well- organized, and categories were presented which I likely would not have found on my own. The itemized deduction section was easy to use. Whatever questions I had were already asked and answered when I went to the community section. I did not have any complicated investment issues, so I don't know if that would have changed my opinion; however, this was perfect for my needs.

Taxes made easy

I can do my taxes in my sweats and endless amount of coffee to help!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate through, go forwards and backwards if you missed something.
What's not so great: Verbage is somewhat hard to understand at times, but hey, that is taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
