Tax filing is not complicated with TurboTax. I've been using it for 23 years and it keeps getting better.

Worked well as a single man with no weird deductions, but filing it married for the first time, there was a lot of questions I had that went unanswered. It also said my state return wasn't available for e-file, but wouldn't tell me why...
What's great about it: easy for basic returns
What's not so great: not much explanation when things go wrong
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Turbo Tax Rules!

I got more refund than I expected. Turbo Tax is the easiest tax software to use. Why should anyone pay a tax preparing agency who charges outrageous fees and usually makes errors? I would not use any other software because Turbo Tax walks you through every detail and checks for errors before filing. What else can I say? It makes tax time stress free.

Problem with state return

TurboTax input tax-exempt income from my federal return into "Additions to Income" on my state return. The problem is, that amount was too high, and the program did not allow me to edit the amount, or to delete the amount and allow me to input it manually. ALL amounts imported from a federal return should be editable!
What's great about it: Input everything from forms 1099
What's not so great: Input something incorrect and did not allow changing that

I had a lot of problems with printing this year. About 30% of the time my printed documents were unreadable, almost machine language.
My Maine Education Opportunity Credit worksheet was not available, I had to find it and complete it by hand.
When I wanted to change a single entry in a section I often had to answer all the other questions too. I found this annoying.
Overall, I trust the product and find it easy to use, and complete. I have recommended it to others.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was easy to use and I had confidence in it's calculations
What's not so great: Too much repition and not all supporting forms were available

Easy and Complete

Was really easy and quick. I really liked the donation section since we made a lot of item donations this year. Also, I really like the stats that are provided so you can compare to previous years. Didn't like that the program kept asking for my personal data every time. Should have been a way to bypass that without having to log on and edit your account. Didn't like that at all !
What's great about it: I had all my documents ready so it was just a simple matter of entering all the data as requested from the program.
What's not so great: Some of the error checking didn't make any sense - I didn't know that I was filing that form so was not clear

thought I was going to owe money, instead got a good refund.
What a pleasant surprise. Plus this is a lot cheaper than paying an outside service to process and file my tax return.
