let Turbo Tax be the guide and walk through the process
so quick and easy, hard to describe; check the boxes, copy in the information and answer yes or no; how can that be beat?
compared to my other experiences with preparers, I would never go back to "______________"

easy and acurate

I used other tax programs in the past but always come back to turbo tax. Last year i purchased a competitor and could not get it to work properly. I felt uncomfortable with my return and went and purchased turbo tax and got more money back. this program reminds you to keep looking for other things that can be taken into consideration and I feel confident in the accuracy and am not afraid of an audit. Thank you!
What's great about it: step by step,misses nothing
What's not so great: to easy sometimes. you wonder if you could get more back with a tax professional

My First Review of TT 2012

Unable to enter unreimbursed expenses for my wife's business during the K-1 portion of the step-by-step interview. Must override line Section A line 1-d in the K-1 form view. Last year, this caused the IRS to refuse electronic filing of my return; I had to stand in line at the PO to send it. I've just filed electronically this year and am waiting to see if it's rejected this year, as well.
What's great about it: Easy and generally accurate
What's not so great: Does not permit interview entering of all values

2012 Turbo Tax

I just finished using Turbo Tax again for the 6th year in a row. I appreciate the easy to use format as well as the tips that are included in the software. It is easy to use and I love that I can do my taxes when it is convenient for me versus someone else. Thank you Turbo Tax!!

Great product. Easy to use, very helpful guide. I have been using TurboTax for my taxes for over 10 years now and the software gets better each year.
What's great about it: Topic guide, easy to use, quick, great value
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax Deluxe software was very easy to use, and very helpful. There were deductions I didn't realize were possible, and thanks to TurboTax I'm getting a larger return than I would without it. The one complaint is the screen dealing with filing a state tax return, though I suspect it was only confusing because in Florida we don't have state taxes.
What's great about it: Very user friendly, accurate, and minimum effort on my part
