Income Tax Made Simple

The tool is very easy to use and easily understood.
What's great about it: The software package makes the most difficult tax tasks easy and understandable
What's not so great: Nothing to change except for typing it for me
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Slow on many things; sometimes not sure it took my input because it was so slow to proceed.
Initial load is very, very slow; It takes HOURS.....
What's great about it: step-by-step
What's not so great: Very slow to load; exceedingly

great tax program

I have been using TurboTax for many years. It has always been an easy to use and accurate tax program. It walks you through, just as if you were sitting with an accountant.
What's great about it: easy to use, accurate, up to date

This is my 7th year using Turbo Tax and I love it. I can't say enough about the ease of using this product. It makes me feel like I'm sitting down, talking with a tax consultant. Everything is explained carefully so anyone can understand them. I don't think I will ever use anything else.

Still married after doing the taxes!

Turbo Tax was a very useful tool and assisted us with getting our taxes done in a non-stressful way. We were able to take our tax forms and be guided through each question, it was amazing how each click guided me to all relevent sections and then checked for my errors. We weren't confused and we didn't argue through confusion.... and it was a real time saver. We have been using Turbo Tax for years, but this is the first year that both of us sat down to work on them together, so was essentially my first time using. Will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future. thanks much!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax was very easy to use - it guided you through each section clearly and allowed you to go back & check items.
What's not so great: Can't think of one
