Very quick and easy

Turbo tax was very quick and easy to use. I had a question about the tax return and was able to reach someone at Turbo tax who spent over an hour with me in understanding the tax issue.
What's great about it: easy to use, like the error check, live help

Quick and Easy

I've neen using TurboTax for many years. I feel that the program is clean and easy to use. Why pay someone else to do your taxes when you already know you have the intellegence and with the help from TurboTax you can keep that tax preparer money in your pocket!
What's great about it: TurboTax walks me right through to the end
What's not so great: I'm still nervous that my return is correct because I am the only human reviewing the return

I've used T-Tax for several years, and unlike our Secretary of Treasury, I've never had any problems (so far). The program is easy to use and you don't need an appointment to do your taxes. Available number to call would be useful, but I haven't had to call it yet. Overall, a fine program to help with an excessively complicated tax code.

Overall great product that I have used for many years. One deficit is ability to check Married filing joint vs single to see what option is actually better for tax payer.
What's great about it: Easy guide,
What's not so great: Needs ability to move quickly from MFJ to MFS for checking options

this is my third year using turbo tax. I was pleased with the result the first and the second time so I decided to use it again this time around. a friend recommended a different product but I have been very satisfied with turbo tax and opted to continue with something I know rather than experiment with something new.

Easy to use the help section. Found my answer in less than 3 minutes and saved myself a headache and $900. However when it found an "error" it was hard to determine what to do to fix it.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Slightly difficult to correct errors.
