free state?

I have historicaly used turbo tax for my returns and have been wondering if I should change. If I could pay all at once what it will take to file it would be a lot less headache and one less reciept to track for next years taxes. Please include efile for state and federal in your base price.
What's great about it: easy walk through
What's not so great: state is not free if you e-file

It All Adds Up

BecauseTurboTax keeps track of previous years' records, it makes it easy to fill out the tax forms and compare categories. It also makes it easy to stop and save your work and return at a later time. I can't imagine doing my taxes without TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Goes from screen to screen quickly. Not an overwhelming amount of text to read. Good help features.
What's not so great: None.

Ease of Use

As a former CFO and CPA, I've been using Turbo Tax and it's predecessor for many years. Each year as my financial picture becomes a bit more complicated, I'm continually impressed by how much better the ease of use becomes.
Well thought out answers to questions with accompanying resources made available to the end user.
What's great about it: Readily understandable

Reasonable product

I've encountered bugs in this program over the years, and sometimes these prevent me from e-filing, even after I have paid for it. There is no obvious way to get a refund or to report the problem and get help.
What's great about it: downloads stock account details automatically
What's not so great: no way to get response about bugs that are discovered
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Only issue I had was the eFile. I thught the version I purchased included the State wit eFile. It was not fully understood when I purchased the product.
What's great about it: Easy and Quick
