Though my situation is simple, the taxing entities are not. TurboTax provided a pleasurable way to address an measurable obligation.
What's great about it: Clear, complete and concise, in all respects.
What's not so great: None observed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using Turbo/Tax for about 10 years and would not use any other product
What's great about it: guided preparation
What's not so great: could not pull up last year;s return
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've used TurboTax or its predecessor for at least 15 years, and will continue doing so as long as the quality is maintained.
What's great about it: The interview process was incredibly easy to follow, thorough, and time-saving.
What's not so great: The program got hung up toward the end when it wanted to continue checking for errors, making e-filing difficult.

when I delete a financial institution or charity, it is gone permanently; I really want it to go into a pool so I can recover it and reuse in this year or future years; so I don't have to locate and reenter all the EIN and address data; e.g. for charities, the list changes each year but once I have entered a charity it may reappear in future years, so I don't want to permanently delete it.
What's great about it: easy to use, can do interview or access forms directly
What's not so great: deletion of data is permanent, needs to go into a pool

Turbo Tax Got Me Through Another Year

Love the ease with which I can do my taxes and get them filed all at the same time. And it doesn't take long, which is a good thing since I tend to wait until almost the last minute. :-)
