Why spend all the money for tax preparers if you don't have to. This is so easy to do. They will be with you every step of the way

I have been using Turbo tax for last 10 years. I tried 'other' last year because of finances...and was greatly disappointed -not as user-friendly nor as good at explaining tax info in layman's terms so it is understandable and easy to follow IRS regulations.
I wll not be going back to any 'other' again!

cost effective means for easy/non-complicated tax returns. I will admit to being confused by certain terminology, mainly because I was afraid to make a mistake.
What's great about it: screens, sections easy to navigate

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have always had a positive experience with this software. I've tried a few others through the years but always come back to Turbo Tax. Thank you for making the process of filing taxes a little easier and more pleasant.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, step-by-step process and great carry-over of information year to year.

I love Turbo Tax. I buy it every year and it gets better and better. More institutions provide data upload and e-file is easy.
What's great about it: Easy Transfer/Minimal Keyboard Entry
What's not so great: Need to drill down to verify downloaded data

i made a mistake and i couldn't find it...it was during the review when you caught something that i was very happy to find (EIC). after checking some boxes i believe i gave the wrong info. i was unable to find what i put in, but i was able to find the section EIC and put the correct info in...i just hope it deleted the other info.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: not easy to find form when going back
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
