State return unable to e-file again because turbo

State program won't recognize out of state taxes paid. Assume zero for in state ok but the worksheet won't allow e-file of state return. This is getting to be frustrating and thinking about changing to H&R if not given reason. Over ten years with you all but enough is enough.

Tax filing made easy with TurboTax

This was my first time filing with TurboTax. In the last 20 years I have used a professional tax preparer. I don't think it could get much easier than was my experience filing with TurboTax. The software walks you through all the steps, checks and verifies information provided and even gives assessment of risk of potential IRS audit. A nice software package that is easy to use and provides that level of reassurance and confidence that you have completed filing correctly.

This is my 5th year using turbo tax and I am surprised each year at the easy of using it. As the financial situations change in my life, turbo tax has been helpful in making sure I enter everything correctly. I love the error check because if I entered an item wrong, the program will show me and explain how to do it correctly. I highly recommend (and have) turbo tax to anyone - whether they are experienced or filing their taxes on their own for the first time.
What's great about it: Step by step catagories.
What's not so great: I do not have any cons.

I have used turbo tax for about ten years and have found it to be easy to use, with clear instructions and self correcting features that help prevent mistakes. It is very thorough and takes the user through each section one step at a time. It reminds you of some deductions that may have been forgotten, saving unnecessary taxes and over payments. while it take some time to go through the entire program, it is much faster than the old way of doing it by paper and pencil. I will continue to use turbo tax for my future tax filing.
