TAXES EVEN AN AUDITOR CAN FOLLOW

BUY IT EVERY YEAR SINCE IT ORIGINATED! END UP DOING FAMILY TAXES!
YOU USED TO BE ABLE TO TRACK A NUMBER, SO IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE, YOU COULD GO TO THE CORRECT FORM AND CHANGE IT! THAT FEATURE DOES NOT SEEM TO EXIST NOW. BUT IT IS ONLY WAY TO FLY!!!!

2012 tax return

Found the program very easy to use and very thorough, prompts were direct and easy to understand. Thought the program was very well thought out.
What's great about it: Great Experience
What's not so great: Thought state tax efile was free also

Printing Problem

Turbo Tax appears to no longer be self contained. In the past you hit PRINT and it would print. It took me about a half hour of hair pulling before I finally discerned that the PRINT function had been relegated to another program that I am expected to have on my computer to print PDF files. The program I had was out of date for the requirements imposed by Turbo Tax. All I got was an error message to call my service provider. I tried out of desperation to update Adobe Reader, and it finally printed. Why does Turbo Tax no longer print forms without outside help? I have used Turbo Tax for many years without one problem, until now.
What's great about it: Everything very good except printing
What's not so great: Printing did not work without another program.

Great product. I have used Turbo Tax fir years and never been audited. I love it...
What's great about it: Performs great calculations which are easy to understand
What's not so great: I have requested to efile my State and Paid for the service and I keep getting a message that no return has been filed..

I have used Turbo Tax for years and am very satisfied on the program. It imports information for us so we don't have to continually input year after year.
I also like the way it asks questions and makes sure you pay the minimum amount of tax.

Customer service (support) needs to speak clearer English. Dialect was tough to understand.
What's great about it: Super Fast
What's not so great: State Form would not download..Support squared it away after 25 minutes on phone stand-by.

I love Turbo tax. It is so easy. Of course it helps to have all my stuff organized so all I have to do is fill in the blanks. I can count on the accuracy of my return.
