Once again a great process

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and years. Since my first computer purchase in the early 90s, Turbo Tax has been my assistant in preparing, calculating, submitting and planning of future changes for my family. I like the ease of use, and the trust that has continued to grow with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Step by step Turbo Tax guided me through the process
What's not so great: Didn't like the news, but trusted the software to provide every opportunity to save as much as possible

Have used Turbo Tax since 1994 and it has gotten better each year.
What's great about it: Auto downloads of brokerage account
What's not so great: Did not insert tax payer id from 1099-R, error check caught it

Still Challenging

Turbo treated me like I was a new customer, not able to retrieve last year's information from online and send it to this years return on cd. That wasted time, but it's still easier to use every year with ever -improving processes.
What's great about it: It's easy to understand and to follow. Explanations are usually clear.
What's not so great: Turbo Tax could not adequately read between returns done via onlineand cd.

So Easy!!!

I love the questions that simplify if you need to visit a section or not. It's very user friendly. I'd like everything to sit on the screen without having to scroll down. On a laptop, it's a little bothersome to navigate.
What's great about it: Easy, simple, user-friendly
What's not so great: Screen layout.
