Good but flawed

I once again had to pay for my one "Free" state return.
And the program wouldn't let me even do my children's state returns until I'd accepted my "Free" return.
My son lives out of the country and Turbo Tax can't handle that.

I have used Turbo Tax every year for over 12 years. I wouldn't do my taxes any other way.
What's great about it: So Easy To Use
What's not so great: Federal Carryover Worksheet always gives me a problem.

2012 complex job

Overall, product is easy to use and the necessary info is entered in a logical, straightforward sequence. The added explanations are easy to understand and follow. The part related to educational expenses was easy to navigate through.
What's great about it: Logical, straightforward sequence

What's not so great: Could not delete the overpayment from last year to this year.

Consitent excellence over many years

I've used TurboTax for many years, and I think it is one of the easiest to use and powerful pieces of software we have on PCs today. Compared to doing taxes by hand, this is so much easier and gets me much better results than anything I could have done the old fashioned way.
What's great about it: Easy to use, comprehensive, great for what-if analysis
What's not so great: None
