Simple filing!

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and I wouldn't use anything else! It's fast, simple and very easy. Why pay for someone to file for you when Turbo Tax makes filing so easy!
What's great about it: So easy to use! It's great that year to year Turbo Tax automatically fills in my forms.
What's not so great: None!

Nice that it transferes and save data from previous years. Save a lot of time. Aftere the error check it got a little confusing when it asked me to enter data that was left over from previous years.
What's great about it: easy to enter

GREAT PRODUCT!

Product was easy to install. Import of previous year's information was flawless. Interview process was logically ordered and easy to use. Error checking was quick and helpful. Returning to and updating sections of the return was easy. Great product.
What's great about it: Easy interview method. Logical and orderly organization.
What's not so great: Calculator could be improved.

Overall, this is easy. Retired person can do it! Try it and you will see you don't have to pay anyone to do your taxes. Just do it yourself!
What's great about it: Questions for your situation that are easy to answer
What's not so great: Sometimes it is hard to get import to work

Thorough Exam of Possibilities

We were concerned about doing our own taxes this year after completing the adoption of 2 foreign-born children last year. Discovered there was no reason for concern - Turbo Tax handled the myriad of questions easily. Didn't get the tax credits we hoped for but the explanations were easy to understand and we know we'll have them next year.
What's great about it: Covered the complicated adoption expenses "simply"

2012 Turbo Tax Review

The Turbo Tax program has been my method for some years. Having formerly done taxes for others, I paralleled my calculations separately from Turbo Tax and found the program had captured things that I had missed. Now I do not waste the time to check the calculations.
Watching the refund/payment rise and fall on the top of the screen is just plain fun. "Learn more" is so helpful and expands knowledge bases. (There is a "who knew?" aspect for me.)
What's great about it: Ability to see effect of changes/input immediately
What's not so great: Circular actions after updates - if updated, should then only offer continue choice

Easier than before

Have been using the product for many years. This edition seemed easier to use than previous ones
What's great about it: Easier to use than previous years. Like the e-filing.
What's not so great: Occasionally asked for specifics from last years review. Why isn't that available for all necessary data, as most is.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments
