Easy to Follow

I certainly will recommend Turbo Tax to my friends and relatives. It makes tax preparation so much easier. Help is available when you have questions or difficulty. With free efile, no need to package the return and run to the post office with it to have it weighed, etc.
What's great about it: No need to know all details of tax code, Turbo Tax does it for you.
What's not so great: Slow opening but could be my computer.

Way more good than bad!

Given that I qualified for standard deduction this year but itemized deductions last year, the side-by-side comparison was difficult to understand and not complete, more in summary form for the standard deduction column. I had to do some hunting and the calculation/deduction for state taxes paid last year still escapes me.
What's great about it: Speed, reviews, audit checks, value, e-file
What's not so great: detail retrieval when going back

I have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years. I am very pleased to use this product - the ease of using the program cannot be surpassed. My hat is off to the people responsible for the quality that has been achieved in this product. I will continue to use Turbo Tax. While I am not a big fan of the work in doing my taxes, Turbo Tax eliminates the headaches. Thanks!
What's great about it: Ease in which to navigae through the program.
What's not so great: automatic moving from one category of deductions to another.
